We accept returns and exchanges for eligible items within 15 days of the delivery date. All returned items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in the original packaging.

Step 2: Receive Authorization & Instructions

Within 1-2 business days, our customer service team will respond with a Return Authorization Number and detailed instructions for returning your item(s).

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package your items securely, include the original packing slip or order confirmation, and ship to the address provided in your return instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Step 4: Processing

Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for inspection and processing.

REFUND INFORMATION

Refund Timeline

  • Credit Card/PayPal Payments: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
  • Bank Transfer Times: Please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution’s processing times.

Shipping Costs

The original shipping fee is non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or defective merchandise.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

To maintain the integrity of our premium collections, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

EXCHANGES

We gladly offer exchanges for size or color within the same product, subject to availability. If your preferred exchange item is not available, we will process a refund to your original payment method.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

As we serve customers globally (excluding select Asian countries and remote locations), international returns may be subject to additional shipping costs and customs fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
