Return & Exchange Window
We accept returns and exchanges for eligible items within 15 days of the delivery date. All items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in original packaging.

2Receive Authorization & Instructions
Within 1-2 business days, our customer service team will respond with a Return Authorization Number and detailed instructions for returning your item(s).
3Ship Your Return
Package your items securely, include the original packing slip or order confirmation, and ship to the address provided in your return instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
4Processing
Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for inspection and processing.
Refund Information

- Credit Card/PayPal Payments: Refunds processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return

Shipping Costs
The original shipping fee is non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or defective merchandise.
Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges
